Level 1: Compressed Air Leak Detection Survey

A focused survey using ultrasonic imager to identify, document, and prioritize compressed air leaks throughout the facility.

The service provides a list of identified leaks, estimated air losses, energy and cost impacts, and prioritized repair opportunities.

The survey can be performed during normal plant operations hours without disrupting production.

Level 2: Compressed Air System Assessment

A broader, preliminary evaluation of the facility's compressed air system, including compressors, controls, storage, distribution, pressure, end uses, leaks, and potential inappropriate uses of compressed air.

The assessment identifies readily achievable energy and performance improvement opportunities and provides preliminary estimates of potential savings and implementation priorities.

Level 3: Compressed Air Optimization Study

A detailed engineering analysis of the compressed air system using measurements, operating data, and system performance analysis.

The study evaluates efficiency, sequencing, system pressure, pressure drop, demand profiles, leaks, end uses, heat recovery, and other optimization opportunities.

Recommendations are quantified in terms of energy savings, operating cost reduction, investment requirements, and payback.

Level 4: Productivity and Energy Enhancement Plan

A comprehensive facility-level assessment that goes beyond compressed air to identify opportunities for energy efficiency, decarbonization, process improvement, and productivity enhancement.

The plan evaluates major energy-consuming systems and production processes and develops a prioritized portfolio of projects with estimated energy and cost savings, capital requirements, payback, implementation priorities, and potential operational and productivity benefits.
